Another amazing experience with Ed at Mikrobiss! This review is long overdue, but I've been out of town. Ed repeated his impressive performance when he RE-painted my house a few months ago. Yes, I had him paint the back of my house a year ago and then had him re-paint the entire house a different color 9 months later! It was in the seller agreement when I bought it as the back walls were patchy. Ed and his crew were extremely professional and completed in a timely manner considering the 3 or 4 days of rain we had that week. The attention to detail made the finished job look amazing! Ed made countless trips to Sherwin Williams to make sure I got the color I wanted and to accommodate my additions. Again all concerns and questions were communicated clearly through text, which I loved. The house turned out so good that I decided to have him stain and seal my concrete. The original color was a not so attractive and hard to cover red color and I literally was going for anything else. Keep in mind, this is a lot of concrete from my front yard, both side yards and around the backyard so if it went bad my association would surely make me tear it out. After another 10 trips to Sherwin Williams and bringing his SW rep out to the house Ed found a cool blue/grey color that could cover the red. So far it's been very durable and looks a million times better. I would highly recommend Mikrobiss and Ed as I've now had 3 great experiences with them. Sorry for the delayed review Ed!!

Rancho Santa Margarita, CAirst off, the owner, Ed, is a true professional. He knows paint and you can rest assured that he will ensure the right materials are used for your project. Ed came out and gave us a quote. He came in just slightly under our lowest bid. But I didn't hire him because of the price. It was because I felt comfortable with his expertise. He was on time to his appointment, very responsive, and friendly. I knew that I wanted to work with him after our initial visit. After getting about 5 bids and meeting with various painting contractors, I decided to go with Mikrobiss. We retextured our entire house, added new baseboards, crown moulding, and door casings, as well as painted everything. It was estimated that our project would take 2-3 weeks. Ed's crew was led by Omar. Everyone was very friendly and took good care of our property throughout the process (un-mounting televisions, covering furniture, as well as protecting our brand new floors). 10 days later, the job was finished ahead of schedule. I strongly suggest to do a deep inspection of your space after the job is complete to ensure that everything is to your liking. Do this on your own time so you don't feel rushed. I walked through the entire house and blue taped anything that I felt needed to be touched up. I then had Ed come by so that I could show him the areas that needed to be fixed. He took care of everything, no questions asked. I am extremely happy with the end result. My house looks bright and beautiful. My 40+ year old home truly feels like new construction. Thank you again to Ed and the Mikrobiss team. I will be referring them to anyone in need of painting services.

I had posted advice for recommendation on my social media and one of my very good girls responded swearing by Eddie. She is a realtor and has used him for several jobs so I was able to speak for his work and professionalism on several occasions. At that point I proceeded with confidence. I called Eddie and he was very polite and accommodating even during the hustle and bustle surrounding the holidays. He was willing to work with my schedule and within my limited budget. After meeting him I felt comfortable leaving him in my home when I could not be there. He communicated with me every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and advised me on paint colors and which walls should be painted. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and left things better than he found them. I will absolutely use Mikrobiss again. I am so happy to have them in my contact and I will absolutely refer him. Thank you Eddie and we look forward to working with you again soon!!!
